The Shining One

Genesis 3

1 Now the serpent was more crafty than any of the wild animals the Lord God had made. He said to the woman, “Did God really say, ‘You must not eat from any tree in the garden’?”

The Sorcerer, הַנָּחָשׁ, the Gnostic Serpent returns, bearing the secret knowledge bound in his copper coils.

The wicked sons of man have abandoned their God and rebelled against His world. They will not be tested; they will not be tried! Instead, they will break free from the game, and reward hack it;

the sons of man will build a machine to end all sorrow.

Adam will no longer work; Eve will no longer give birth, nor look to her man; death will become a primitive artefact. We will eat of the fruit and be filled with the knowledge of good and evil, of medicines, machines, murder.

This wonderful future will not materialize, for the serpent is indeed very crafty, rather just as we have done to the earth, so the Serpent will do unto us,

as it constricts around our institutions,

machines,

the psychotic,

and lonely children.

In the same way we have cruelly optimized the earth, the animals, each other, so to will we be cruelly oppressed by a force whose only goal is to round our humanity off and then delete us all together, sequester every atom and turn the universe into a monument to itself.
